The materials sourced to create NXSCO are of the highest quality. An added layer of foam interfacing is used to create a structured sleeve with medium firmness; this ensures that no cover, corners, or pages are ruined during transport. 

In addition, each sleeve features a solid colorful/seasonal lining fabric, seamless French stitching (no raw edges), a NXSCO finishing tag, and the width of the book sleeve front pocket (NXSCO finishing tag and pocket are available on MIDI & BIGGIE size).

Lead times on shipping vary according to order size and destination. I send all my packages out with USPS in 3 different classes of mail: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority International Mail.

Priority Mail - 1-3 days

Ground Advantage - 2-5 days

Priority International Mail - 10-17 days

Current processing times are posted at the top of the website and vary by collection and season. I understand the excitement of receiving bookish merchandise is, so I do my best to try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you have purchased a custom sleeve or a preorder product, these can take up to 7 weeks to ship. These shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Avoid overstuffing your book sleeve, this will ensure that the life of the stitching stays nice and secure. 

Iron your book sleeve(s) after using them at a cotton or low setting, this helps maintain the shape and to avoid stubborn wrinkles. 

Hand washing/cleaning is recommend when treating a stain on your book sleeve, and lay on flat surface to air dry. Remember to always test a small patch, if using a laundry detergent.
