Pricing

Because every embroidery project is different, pricing is custom and based on a few factors, including:

  • Turnaround time

Smaller, simple text-based designs will be priced differently than larger or more detailed logo or artwork-based designs.

For bulk orders, event embroidery, and branded merchandise, custom quotes are available.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • Not all fabrics and items are ideal for embroidery
  • Customer-provided items may be accepted depending on fabric and construction
  • Digitizing fees may apply for logos or custom artwork
  • Large or highly detailed designs may require adjustments for the best stitched result
  • Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee

How It Works

1. Submit an inquiry

Start by reaching out through my contact form with a few details about your project — item type, quantity, timeline, and any inspiration you have.

2. We’ll talk through the details

I’ll review your ideas, discuss design options, thread colors, placement, and help guide you toward the best fit for your vision and budget.

3. Design + quote

Once I have the project details, I’ll provide pricing and next steps. If your design needs digitizing, that will be included in your quote.

4. Production begins

After approval and payment, I’ll begin stitching your order with care and keep you updated as needed.

5. Pickup or shipping

Once complete, your order will be ready for local pickup or shipment.
