Can you provide an estimated delivery date?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed; however, we’re happy to work with you to assist with any delivery-related concerns.
Are there faster delivery options available?
Yes! We offer upgraded shipping at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number or link?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?
We’re happy to ship to the U.S. & U.S. territories, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Mexico! International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office.

Do you ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.?
All orders ship via USPS. For international deliveries, your local postal service will handle final delivery. We currently do not offer shipping through other couriers.
What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?
Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?
To keep your order safe in transit, all items are packaged in a sealed clear poly bag and shipped in a poly mailer. Our packaging is unbranded so we can enjoy using fun, seasonal mailers!
Please keep packaging away from pets and children, as it may present a suffocation hazard.
Are there multiple options for speed and cost?
Shipping Methods & Transit Times:
Priority Mail: 3–5 business days
Ground Advantage: 5–7 business days
Priority International Mail: 10–17 business days
Please note: Once an order has shipped via your selected shipping method, NXSCO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’re always happy to help however we can to ensure your order arrives safely.

What items are eligible for return?
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. You have 3 days from delivery to contact us regarding any defects or concerns. We’re happy to work with you and will do our best to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Is an exchange option available for size, color, or different product?
Exchanges or replacements are only available when NXSCO is notified of an issue. Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our business, we cannot guarantee a replacement of the same pattern or product, but we will always do our absolute best to accommodate you and find a solution.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to cancel orders after 3 days from the time of purchase.
I have an open order, can I add to it?
Yes, of course! Email us at needlexstitchco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to add, and we’ll send over an invoice.
What do I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong item/ product?
